What is the Winning Deal Stages feature in the integration, and how does it impact deal data?
Winning Deal Stages are those stages in a deal pipeline on HubSpot that are assigned a “Won” probability. When you designate deal stages as Winning Deal Stages in the integration settings, the Create Date and Close Date properties for a particular deal will always match.
If a deal is in a stage that is not marked as a Winning Deal Stage, the integration will set the Close Date property value based on the order’s creation date and the value of the Number of days to close a deal setting in the integration, as shown in the screenshot below.
The formula used to calculate the Close Date for non-winning deals is:
Close Date = Create Date + Number of Days to Close a Deal
Please note, the Number of days to close a deal setting has a minimum value of 5 days.
