What should I do if my data in HubSpot isn’t syncing properly ?

You can do a couple of things if your data isn’t syncing properly on HubSpot:

  • Re-authorize the plugin

Re-authorization is nothing but disconnecting your HubSpot portal and connecting it again.

  • In your plugin’s dashboard, click on Disconnect Store.
  • Then click Confirm and Disconnect to disconnect your HubSpot account.
  • Your account will now be disconnected and you’ll land on the set up page.
  • Click Connect Your Account, select the HubSpot account you disconnected.
  • Connect it again to successfully re-authorize the plugin.

You can now check if your data is properly syncing.

  • Check the sync log file

Another thing you can do to check if the data is syncing properly on HubSpot is checking the log file.

  • Open the HubSpot WooCommerce integration and click on the Logs section in the menu bar.
  • You’ll have all the logs there. Check what property caused the issue to fix it.
  • You can also click the Download button to download the plugin’s log file and analyze it offline.
