Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add a new deal stage or pipeline in HubSpot and ensure it syncs correctly with your integrations:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Objects > Deals > Pipelines within your HubSpot account.
  2. To add a new deal stage, select an existing pipeline and click Add Stage (as shown in the screenshot below). If you wish to create a new pipeline, click Create Pipeline from the Select a pipeline dropdown and configure the necessary stages.
  3. Define the stage names, set the probability, and configure any automation rules as needed.
  4. Once you’ve added or modified a deal stage or pipeline, the next step is to save the settings within your integration. To do this, go to the WooCommerce website integration and click on the Deals tab.
  5. Find the E-commerce Pipeline and open the Map Deal Stages with the eCommerce Pipeline section.
  6. Hit the Refresh button to update the pipeline with the new deal stages or pipeline.
