How do I check if Auto-Sync is not working properly?

To check if the auto sync is enabled for contacts/products/orders.

  • Go to the plugin in your BigCommerce dashboard.
  • After this, navigate to Apps > HubSpot Integration by MakeWebBetter > Dashboard.
  • Then, go to Configurations from the main menu.
