Can I export old/previous users from WooCommerce to HubSpot?

Yes you can export your old/previous users from WooCommerce to HubSpot.

You can do it with 2 different methods:

• While setting up the integration

At the time of the plugin set up, the integration asks you to sync your historical or previous data to HubSpot. This includes the WooCommerce users as well.

To export your users to HubSpot during the integration set up,

• Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WooCommerce > HubSpot.
• If you haven’t set up the plugin yet, you’ll see a CTA asking you to Connect or Create a HubSpot account.

• If you already have a HubSpot account, click Connect Your Account and select your HubSpot portal.
• Create lists, properties, etc. and you’ll land on the last step that is Sync.

• You’ll see 2 buttons called Sync Now and Skip Historical Data Sync.
• Click on Sync now to start syncing your previous users data to HubSpot.
• If you want to skip this step for now, you can click Skip Historical Data Sync.

Note: If you have a large chunk of data to sync, we recommend you skip this step during the set up. Skipping it would run the data sync in the background so you can start using the integration instantly. • After setting up the integration

You can also sync your old WooCommerce users to HubSpot CRM after setting up the plugin.

For this,

• Go to your WordPress dashboard and open the HubSpot WooCommerce integration plugin.
• Click on the Contacts tab in the above menu bar in the plugin.

• Select the roles of the users you want to sync data for in the Select user role field. (by default all user roles are selected).
• If you want to sync users for a set date range, select the date range from the date picker below.
• All the unsynced users who registered in that date range would appear below.

• Now click the Sync Now button and your old/previous users will sync over HubSpot.
