Contact sync is not working. Why?
There are multiple steps to check whether contacts syncing:

- The integration generates API logs during the syncing process. To check these logs, go to the integration dashboard and open the Logs tab. You can search for “contacts” in the search bar or manually look through the logs where the “Object” column shows “contacts.” If you see status codes like 400 or 404 in the logs, we recommend reaching out to our support team for assistance in debugging the issue.
- If you are troubleshooting the syncing of a specific contact, the issue might be due to an invalid email address. HubSpot does not allow invalid emails, so in such cases, the contact will not sync. Ensure that the contact has a valid email address for successful syncing.
