How does integration syncs products data to HubSpot?
The integration only syncs products to HubSpot if their status is set to “Published” on the WooCommerce website. When a product is created or updated, the integration first checks whether the product already exists on HubSpot, using either the SKU or Product ID. If the product is found, it will be updated; if not, a new product will be created.
It’s important to note that HubSpot does not allow products with duplicate SKUs. Therefore, every product on the WooCommerce website must have a unique SKU to ensure proper syncing with HubSpot.
Additionally, the integration allows for syncing of both simple and variable products to HubSpot. Each product will sync as an individual item in HubSpot. In the case of variable products, every variation is treated as a separate product and synced individually, meaning that each variation must also have a unique SKU to prevent syncing issues.
