Syncing your historical or existing orders as deals to HubSpot make sure you have all the orders data uploaded to the CRM so you don’t miss out any information.

Steps to Sync Historical Orders as Deals in HubSpot

Open the HubSpot WooCommerce integration in your WordPress dashboard.
Click on Deals tab in the menu bar and click on View button in front of Sync Historical Orders as Deals section.
Now usually your historical orders are automatically synced over HubSpot but if there’s any order left, you’ll see a Start Sync button there.

Click on that Start Sync button and your historical orders will start syncing over HubSpot.

* You can also select the date range for the orders to sync as well the order statuses if you like. Along with that, make sure the Allow to sync new deals checkbox under Create Deals for New Orders is enabled. This will automatically sync every new order to HubSpot.

All the errors that occurred in this integration are stored in the error log file of the plugin.

– To track errors in HubSpot for WooCommerce plugin you can view the file by navigating to WooCommerce > Status.

– Go to your WordPress dashboard and open our HubSpot WooCommerce integration plugin.
– Click on the Automate tab on the above menu bar.

– To create these automated workflows, click on the Create button and they’ll be created in your HubSpot portal.
– To check if the workflows are actually reflected in your HubSpot portal or not, go to your HubSpot account and navigate to Workflows from the above menu bar.

How one should set up Groups and Properties in HubSpot for WooCommerce?

Properties help you store different sorts of user data you can use later for segmentation, personalization and more. Our HubSpot Integration usually creates Groups and Properties while performing the initial plugin setup.

But if by any chance they aren’t created, you can create them in a few simple steps:

– Open the HubSpot Integration and click on Settings from the menu bar.
– You’ll see the Groups & Properties section with a Manage button in front of it.
– Click on it to expand the section and you’ll see multiple groups encompassing several HubSpot properties.
– Click on the Create button in front of a specific group and all the properties under that group will be created in your HubSpot portal.

Once created, you can view these properties in HubSpot.

Note: Usually all the properties are already created in HubSpot so you may see the Created written there in front of every group.

To view these Groups and Properties in HubSpot, Navigate to Settings > Properties. Select the desired list to view and edit.
