• Login to your FormPay app.
• Navigate to Form Transactions from the left sidebar.

Every transaction made through your HubSpot forms or HubSpot payment links will be listed here along with all the details associated with each transaction performed.

You can monitor the specifics of every transaction here, including the date, amount, payment reference ID, buyer’s email address, payment method, and transaction status. Additionally, you can filter this information and discover both test and live payment links.

The Subscription tab is a dedicated section for recurring payment types. You will find all the details about your subscription, including the subscriber’s email, subscription status, billing cycle, date, amount, payment mode, and all other information about the subscription. To access more information, click on the Tooltip button (ℹ️).

To manage your subscriptions, click on the Action ellipsis button. There, you’ll have the option to Cancel the subscription. Also, the Send Email option allows communication regarding the subscription.

You can create payment links and directly accept a part of the payment amounts from your client. Moreover, you set the minimum payment value that has to be paid by the client. Here’s how to do it.

• Open your HubSpot account.
• Navigate to contacts and choose the contact for which you wish to create the payment link for.

• Now, find the FormPay Payments section in the CRM Card section on the left.
• Click Create Payment Link.

• Choose you desire payment gateways, enter the payment amount, payment type, and all the essential information.
• Next, find the Allow Partial Payment toggle at the bottom and click on it to enable.
• Enter the minimum payment amount you wish to collect from your client.
• Once done, click Create Payment Link.

Here’s how the payment link page will appear to your client, as they will be able to put in the amount they wish and finish payment.

Here’s how to do it.

• Go to FormPay and navigate to Form Editor by clicking on Create a New Form.
• Make sure you have decided on the essential settings such as Form Name, HubSpot Form, Payment Amount, and Redirection or Thank You Page settings.

Note: The subscription form for recurring payments can be created only by employing Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net as the gateways.

It’s quite simple to create a subscription form. You can access the subscription payment feature from the button of the form tab when creating a payment form.

Note: Subscription settings can only be enabled when you

• Disable donation Settings & Coupon Settings in the Form tab.
• Choose Stripe Session & disable Stripe Card in the Payment Tab.
• Have added no product in the Product tab.

 Follow these steps to create a recurring payment form:

• Open the FormPay app.
• Now, navigate to Forms and create a new form.
• Fill in the required Form fields and make sure to choose Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net as your payment gateway.
• Now, enable the subscription settings toggle. Choose Recurring as your Payment Type and Recurring Type as desired.  

• Once done, publish the payment form and use this recurring payment form on your subscription webpages or share it as a URL to receive recurring payments.

You can also create subscription products in FormPay. For this,

• In your FormPay app, navigate to Products.
• Now, click on Create New Product.

• When choosing the Billing Frequency, choose Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, or Annually.

• You can then choose the Billing Start Date as At Payment or Delayed Start (days).
• If you choose Delayed Start, then choose the number of days (from the date of first payment) after which the billing has to be started.
• Once done, click + Create Product on the top left corner.

Now, let’s see how you can activate the option to accept payment through Google Pay, Apple Pay or Link Pay.

• In your FormPay app account.
• Create a form or edit an already created form.
• Once done with the form settings, switch to Payment.

• On the next page, go to Stripe Settings.
• Enable the option for Apple Pay, Google Pay & Link Pay.
• Finally, Publish the form.

You now have a form that accepts payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link Pay.

Let’s see how you can monitor all the transaction of the respective contacts in the HubSpot.

• Visit your HubSpot account.
• Navigate to Contacts.
• Search and click on the Contact that you wish to view transaction history of.
• After this, switch to Activities.
• Find the activity by date or scroll down to find “Form Submission”.

• The contact details will be listed in the timeline event as above.

To view the transaction amount, status and transaction ID, you can view all of this in FormPay (under Transactions).
