]]> Yes, the Abandoned Cart Recovery add-on creates groups in the HubSpot user portal. The add-on has been developed in a way that it automatically creates a group of all the properties related to cart abandonment in HubSpot such as:

  • Abandoned Cart Date
  • Abandoned Cart Products
  • Abandoned Cart Portal

and many more.

The properties are grouped under the Abandoned Cart Details group. To view this group navigate the following path:

  • HubSpot Dashboard → click ⚙️
  1. From the left side menu, click Properties under Data Management.
  2. Now choose the Groups tab on the page

You’ll finally see a group created by the name Abandoned Cart Details that’ll have all the abandoned cart properties.
